By accessing or using Bodhi Grove ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

Bodhi Grove is an online learning platform that provides access to courses, educational content, and community features related to personal growth, mindfulness, and transformational learning.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Platform at any time without prior notice.

3. User Accounts

Account Creation

• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any other reason we deem appropriate. You may also close your account at any time by contacting us.

4. Course Access and Enrollment

Free Courses

Some courses are offered free of charge. We reserve the right to change pricing or availability of free courses at any time.

Paid Courses

• All fees are in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe
• Upon successful payment, you receive lifetime access to the course content
• Course content may be updated or modified without notice
• Access may be revoked for violations of these Terms

Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for course purchases except as required by law. If you experience technical issues preventing access to your course, please contact support at support@bodhigrove.com

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Share your account credentials with others
• Upload or distribute viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Post offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate content
• Impersonate any person or entity

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform
• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute course content without permission
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Platform

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, videos, audio, course materials, and software, is the property of Bodhi Grove or its content creators and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may access course content for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not:

• Download or copy course content (except as expressly permitted)
• Modify, distribute, or create derivative works
• Use content for commercial purposes
• Remove copyright or proprietary notices

User-Generated Content

When you post comments, discussions, or other content on the Platform, you grant Bodhi Grove a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display that content in connection with the Platform.

You represent that you own or have rights to any content you post and that it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

7. Educational Content Disclaimer

Important: The courses and content provided on Bodhi Grove are for educational and informational purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

The Platform uses third-party services including:

• Stripe: Payment processing
• Google: OAuth authentication
• Supabase: Database and authentication services

Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the actions or policies of these third parties.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

• The Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• The content will be accurate, complete, or current
• Defects will be corrected
• The Platform is free of viruses or harmful components

Limitation of Liability

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if they qualify.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.

Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Bodhi Grove regarding the Platform.
