Expert Knowledge into Elevated Learning Experiences
The Challenge
How do we help experts turn their knowledge into premium, AI-augmented learning experiences? Courses have become a primary way creators monetize their expertise - a market projected to reach $150 billion within a few years (Grand View Research / Market.us).
Creator courses, however, are typically long-form content libraries that take significant time to build and bring to market.

The Approach
I set out to “remix” a creator’s existing content into a mobile-first microlearning experience - paired with an AI chatbot in the creator’s own voice and expertise.
To accelerate production of these courses, I trained an AI Course Designer on my story-centered learning design approach - ingesting long-form creator content (e.g. podcasts) and converting it into modules consisting of text, video, audio, and interactive cards.
Bodhi Grove is end-to-end - generating course marketing pages, processing payments, delivering analytics, and managing a creator’s full catalog.
The Build
Bodhi Grove is built on Next.js, React, and Supabase, developed largely through Claude Code. The authoring surface pairs a precise card editor with a live phone preview, so the creator always sees exactly what the learner will see.
Under the hood, an AI layer turns an expert’s raw material into structured, on-brand cards, and a retrieval-augmented assistant is grounded in each course’s own knowledge base.

The Impact
Bodhi Grove’s first course launched in June for a creator in the wellness and coaching space. The course spans 8 modules, a context-aware AI chatbot, a media library of audio meditations and journaling practices, and a community discussion forum.
